Informazioni per gli ospiti – Comune di San Siro (CO)

Dal 1° gennaio 2025 il Comune di San Siro applica l'imposta di soggiorno a chi pernotta nelle strutture ricettive del territorio, compresi gli appartamenti per locazioni brevi.
Importo: € 1,50 a persona per notte.
Si applica tutto l'anno, per un massimo di 7 pernottamenti consecutivi nello stesso alloggio, a tutti gli occupanti.
Esenzioni: i ragazzi fino al compimento del 14° anno di età e gli altri casi previsti dall'art. 6 del Regolamento comunale. Per gli altri casi di esenzione l'ospite deve compilare l'apposita dichiarazione, che il gestore conserva per 5 anni.
Pagamento: l'imposta è riscossa dal gestore entro il termine del soggiorno e riversata al Comune tramite la piattaforma "Stay Tour".

Information for guests – Municipality of San Siro (CO)

Since 1 January 2025 the Municipality of San Siro has charged a tourist tax (imposta di soggiorno) to anyone staying overnight in accommodation in its territory, including short-term rental apartments.
Amount: € 1.50 per person per night.
It applies all year round, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights in the same accommodation, to all occupants.
Exemptions: children up to their 14th birthday and the other cases listed in Article 6 of the municipal regulation. For other exemptions the guest must complete the official declaration, which the host keeps for 5 years.
Payment: the tax is collected by the host by the end of the stay and paid to the Municipality through the "Stay Tour" platform.
